- Supervise all site works and ensure compliance with design drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and project management teams for smooth project execution.
- Monitor site progress, schedules, and quality control.
- Review shop drawings and follow up on site installations.
- Manage subcontractors and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Handle site inspections and resolve technical issues on-site.
- Ensure materials and workmanship meet project and client expectations.
- Attend project and coordination meetings as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture Engineering
- 3–4 years of experience in design offices, fit-out, or finishing projects.
- Proven experience in site supervision and design implementation.
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Shop Drawings, and Finishing Details.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Driving license & own car are mandatory.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
